Alan is the clinical lead at CCP. Since joining CCP in 2004 he has travelled all over the UK & the world responding to incidents and supporting individuals who have experienced trauma. Alan has worked on many high-profile cases including the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, and previously he worked as a child protection social worker and became a Partner at CCP in 2005.
In his spare time, you can usually find Alan walking his Wire Haired Hungarian Viszla, attending a gig, or at his annual visit to Glastonbury with his wife Jayne and his two (adult!) children. He also enjoys cycling in the Alps, snowboarding, supporting Everton or playing squash for the City of Manchester.

Anna joined CCP in 2003 after completion of her Masters degree in HR and Knowledge Management. Following in her founding Father’s footsteps she quickly became a Partner in 2004 and is responsible for the management of the business. The majority of her working week is spent at our head office and she enjoys travelling to meet new and existing clients throughout the UK.
Anna appreciates her spare time with husband Lee and her daughters Georgia and Emma in the great outdoors, whether that’s walks in the Yorkshire Dales or skiing in the Alps. Together they enjoy socialising and being host to their friends and family, including her twin sister, Katie. Anna is a Governor at her local primary school and is a keen baker (but despite being pestered by her family, has no interest in entering the GBBO!)

She has designed and delivered training packages for a wide range of organisations including the Police, NHS, Education, and the British Council in West Africa.
In her free time Joanne enjoys being active, she practices yoga and meditation, swims and runs although she is also a strong advocate of doing nothing and embraces dedicated ‘down time’. She loves spending time with the people in her life and can be found socialising at the footy, pub or entertaining at home most weekends.

Sharon joined the team in 2012 as a travelling consultant. Formerly working as a social worker for over 16 years, Sharon also retrained as a Therapeutic Counsellor. Her approach is holistic and diverse and she is passionate about enabling her clients to reflect on how they think, feel and behave in order to address those aspects which can get in the way of overcoming challenges or even from achieving our potential.

Debbie joined CCP in 2019, prior to this she worked for 15 years within mental health as a co-ordinator and care manager. Debbie retrained as a registered and accredited counsellor during this time and then went on to qualify as an independent domestic violence advocate supporting high risk victims who experienced trauma and abuse. She successfully piloted a new domestic violence service within Swindon’s Great Western Hospital before moving back into counselling within the NHS.
Debbie enjoys attending her local gym, singing and long walks with her husband and golden retriever Angus. Debbie is a proud grandmother and enjoys quality time with her family most of all.
